(February 28, 2019, 9:38 pm)I was sold an underwater camera that had 4k video, it was very poor quality video, not even worth taking a video with it. I took it back a few days later, only to find out that if you were missing so much as the bubble wrap that they would charge you 10% restocking fee. all I wanted to do was upgrade the camera and spend even more money, but they wouldn't take back the camera and give me a refund like the policy was advertised.

****update**** since complaining I have been refunded the full value of the camera, I adjust my rating to 4 stars as their help was very good when looking to upgrade the camera. just have to be careful when returning items to include all the wrapping, including bubble wrap evidently.
