(February 20, 2019, 4:28 pm)It was my bad going there during holiday season with an urgent appointment, but I just didn’t want to miss the high sign up bonus. The guy was quite nice and friendly but I bet he forgot to order my cheques as promised since I haven’t received it after two months. And HSBC online System SUCKS! They don’t have online void cheques, so without either the digital or physical cheques, I was unable to fund the account or use it for payroll. When I realized that they would not mail me the cheques, there was no time left for me to meet the requirements for bonus.
