Leggat Mazda Burlington

Our Protegé is 19 years old and counting with just over 100K km on it to date. Kevin and Steven in Service are exceptional in providing the quality and attention to detail required with a vehicle of this age. Jenna always keeps me posted for regular maintenance scheduling and Aria has been able to squeeze my vehicle in for Saturday service at a minutes notice. One weakness with Mazda is body corrosion but, we addressed the body corrosion as soon as it began, and maintenance is easily controlled. My son drives it currently, and I think it still has many miles to go! I think if I trade it in Burlington Mazda will have a heart attack! We've pre-ordered a 2020 Kia Soul EV from Leggat Kia Burlington as an additional vehicle.

By far the most amazing customer service I ever received at Mazda! I usually go to another location as I purchased my vehicle from there but decided to get service done at this location and I couldnt have been more thankful! Not only is everyone friendly and welcoming but they are also very knowledgeable and from a customers perspective, I can see they actually care about my vehicle. Kevin from parts and service was the one who helped me today and he was absolutely phenomenal!! From now on I will go to only this location for my service! Just wish I could transfer my warranty over so I dont have to go to the other dealership! Thank you thank you!
