I've had a lot of exposure to different clubs both as a member and on the coaching side and this club and method is very cool and worth checking out. I do the move and strength classes and every once in a while I'll do the hardcore classes-- which are more on the conditioning side, plus the online workouts which are really good (I would do more hardcores (name of class) but my metabolism is super fast I'm more trying to gain/maintain weight then lose... so I personally do max once a week for those and focus on other workouts-- currently).

From a coaching perspective, I'll be honest a lot of places that run classes are great when it comes to elevating heart rate, but many do not include enough weight baring to actually build strength/muscle density/firm/tone or help burn fat rather than calories alone which is also one of the reasons I like the classes and format here.

I really enjoy working out at Greco. I have seen and felt great gains in my strength and overall fitness since I started. Greco trainers have been there to answer my questions and have helped me to work toward my specific goals. The trainers are awesome and are there to help you with anything you need. There is a small community feeling making everyone welcome and motivated. The classes are fun and involve a variety of strength, cardio and movement. You always get a great work out no matter what. The difference at Greco is that the trainers take the time to get to know you, motivate you and work with you to help find what works for you to work toward your goals.

Greco is a fantastic gym . I have been going to Greco on Appleby line since March . I have been to many previous gym’s including orange theory. It doesn’t even compare to Greco . From the moment you walk in the door you feel like your party of a community.
Carmen has a wonderful way of making your feel so comfortable & at ease . She is so incredibly friendly, kind, courteous .
All the trainers are very knowledgeable and really want you to succeed in your goals & encouraging every step of the way . The classes are fun & hardcore which gets you results with perseverance . So nice to go to a gym that you don’t have to worry about large class sizes & getting lost in the mix.
