I was very pleased with my shopping experience with Lingo Luxe. The purchase I made was a gift for someone special. There were a few intricate details that needed to be just right for it to work out, so I communicated with them more than normal.

Their interactions with me were attentive, prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. Because of a special consideration, their customer service representative realized he had to get someone more senior involved. This was done promptly and efficiently. Throughout the whole process, I felt confident that even though it was a complicated order, everything would work out.
