You can call if you have any questions and they go through everything step by step and they make sure you understand every thing that their telling you. Just like the one in Mississauga this pet store is outstanding! Amazing staff and well-mannered too! The pet store is surprisingly clean and the animals there seem well fed and happy. I would always buy from this pet store, unfortunately it is quite far from where I live. However, whenever I am in the area I will always be there!

completely impressed with this store. I bought turtles in December from them and came back today and they remembered me months later and asked how they were doing. Spent lots of time with me helping me pick the perfect bird and gave me a lot of great information. Prices are very competitive and quality of animals are top notch!!!
