We probably had one of the worse situations possible as we needed to move in while the last stages of our condo rental were taking place.They turned what could have been a highly stressful situation into not only into a successful but fun experience. These women are skilled highly organized and professional no nothing is too much trouble for them.The movers were professional young men who were friendly efficient and careful with our things. Joan and her staff were incredible with their organizational skills and experience. Joan and Beth both worked so hard to set up a new unit at a senior's home. Joan figured out what could be taken from my mom's previous condo and incorporated into her new place. They took all the stress out of moving and were invaluable.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateJoan Ulrich and her staff at TLC performed a miracle for us last November. My sister, who is in a retirement home, needed to move from a two bedroom unit to a one bedroom unit. This was complicated by the fact her husband was in hospital and I live in Cleveland Ohio. After an initial meeting with Joan to decided what things would move, what needed to be pitched and what was suitable for donating, Joan took care of the rest. On moving day, in few short hours, everything was accomplished. My sister walked in to her new apartment that looked like a home, welcoming, personal and stunningly arranged.
