Watermarks Kitchen and Bath Boutique (Burlington)

Friendly staff, awesome showroom. We dealt with Holly with all our bathroom fixtures. We purchased Riobel and Hansgrohe products. I cannot complain with any of the products. We did have one of our Hansgrohe raindance shower wand snap but Jennis was able to help out through the warranty of the product and got a replacement in no time! Thanks for all your help! Our family have been doing business with the Watermark Burlington location for over 5 years and we have enjoyed the relationship very much. They are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. When we were building our home the associates understood our needs and were able to suggest the products to fit our lifestyle. When we had an issue they were very prompt to address our concerns. Recently, my powder room faucet malfunction and I was at a loss on how to remedy the problem so I called Jennis Whitfield at the Burlington location and within 2 hours my problem was resolved. It was amazing. Their exceptional service is the reason I go back to Watermarks.
