Although they didn't have what I was looking for, a specific brand, the guy behind the desk took the time to see if they could order, and then even checked if they manufacturer web site had a list of dealers, and finally when all that failed, provided me with a phone number to call to check. And this got me what I needed. Beyond expectations, and much appreciated.
