Rich's Team provides professional, courteous service and is extremely thorough, which is seldom found. I highly recommend (Home Heroes) for duct cleaning as they are very knowledgeable.
explained what they were doing. No mess. Would definitely use again and recommend to all my friends, very friendly polite and professional the cleaning itself was amazing.
using an air hose cleaned the ducts both inside and through each vent. If you want a very thorough/professional job, please consider using Rich's company. You will be glad you did!
The actual cleaning was about 2 hours from start to finish.

(September 19, 2020, 1:06 am)We moved into our new house 15 years ago. My wife and I thought it would be a good time to finally get our ducts cleaned. I set up an appointment with Rich, and after a couple of phone calls, we set and date and time. Rich showed up at our house, and within 4 hours, he was packed up and we were both thrilled at the excellent job that he performed in our home. Not only did he point out all of the places where dirt would lie in the system, he drilled and using an air hose cleaned the ducts both inside and through each vent. If you want a very thorough/professional job, please consider using Rich's company. You will be glad you did!!

Rich from Home Heroes takes his time in making sure each vent is thoroughly cleaned and has no issues explaining the whole process to me. I was so impressedwith the cleaning that I got him to do my father's housewhich was 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need. I would give them 10 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
