  I wanted to share the absolutely wonderful experience I had visiting the King's Cove Place Walk-in Clinic for the first and definitely not the last time. I went to the clinic closer to my house as my daughter broke out into a fever the day before a trip that we had scheduled. My regular walk-in clinic was closed but the pharmacist was still there and to his credit he called the King's Cove Clinic on my behalf to find out if they were open and to find out if they could see my daughter. The amazing staff at King's Cove said yes with no questions asked and I proceeded to the clinic with my daughter. it was only when I got there that I found out they were actually closed and the doctor waited for us to arrive. How incredible is that?!?! They gave my daughter all the attention she needed and she was cleared to travel. They also let me use a thermometer for the duration of the trip so that I could continue to monitor her temperature. Turns out she was fine and the temperature subsided in a day or so and upon my return, I stopped in to return the thermometer and I was immediately asked how my daughter was feeling. Again, how incredible is that?!?! I cannot thank the staff at King's Cove enough for their care and support and for going above and beyond. I would think it would be unreasonable for anyone to expect this service all the time but it was definitely appreciated and at the very least deserved this glowing review.
