I have many pets at home and I find the best products here for each and every one! I like the owner, she's very honest and helpful with pets and always knows what I am looking for! I have tried a lot of pet stores and Ruffins is the best!

Wow I cannot believe Miss Lagerfeld though It was OK to walk into a store with pet store merchandise and not be questioned about it upon leaving. If I did that I would certainly point out to the staff I was bringing it in. Stressing out the small animals by letting her dog sniff the cages was also absolutely ridiculous on her part. I have nothing but praise for Ruffin’s and highly recommend them. Staff has always been very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks!

Monica and staff are terrific! Very personable and knowledgeable. Great pricing on every pet item imaginable! And the best part is Brenda- the grooming centre icon! She cares for your pets like they are her own! Our girls love to see Brenda every couple months! Best pet store in town!
