I have been here several times and they are always helpful but this last time was really awesome.

I had been searching for a specific type of boot that I couldn't find and being end of season it was slim pickings.
I had been in a few times that week but hadn't seen anything I liked but I was out of options so I went back. A woman named Melissa (I think, based on the sales receipt) helped me and she was sooooo patient and helpful! I am very picky but she never got cross with me and convinced me to try on some boots I wasn't super into, but after putting them on I was sold! They looked so much better on then I thought they would. She even put in some insoles to make them fit better.

I work in customer service, and I've had tons of training. Enough to know that I am a terrible customer and that she was an amazing sales associate. Best customer service I have ever received.

I discovered this new store in Georgetown today do thought I would check it out. I guess I scouted the store and I was so pleased with how I was treated. Staff was helpful but not annoying. Let you surf first and then came back to answer any questions. Very patient and listened to what I was needing. Even had a good laugh when the girl couldn't get the zip up on my boots. Both of us truly had a great time. Obviously went to another and fit perfect. Thank you so much for everything Shumaker. BAM! I will he a loyal customer.
