staff was excellent - very helpful and very friendly

My sister and I entered the store and was greeted by a look ( eyes of the staff went from our shoes to the top of our heads) then we were greeted hello. After a minute we were told about the sale. Which another staff mentioned the second time 5 minutes after. My sister tried on a lovely boot but kind of given a cold shoulder when we ask for help. Even asking for a size the salesperson had a snotty attitude. We ended up not purchasing anything because of that.

Incredible customer service, really accommodating, very kind! The employees go out of their way to make sure you're content with your experience! I've encountered some of the best customer service at this Matt and Nat.

Beyond amazing customer service. The associate that was helping me was amazing. She was great at recommending prodcuts and offered to check availability. Would highly recommend this location. They even offered to call me once an item is available in store rather than just send an email which shows they care about their customers.

I visited this store from Saskatchewan with some friends, one of the employees named Wendy was AMAZING to us. She greeted us, and talked to us about visiting, helped me by running around finding the things I wanted and she truly went above and beyond! She even offered to give as much of a discount on a bag that I really liked as she could according to the store policy and her manager! This girl was AWESOME to us, her customer service was out of this world! Thank you so much Wendy!
