I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. The managers and employees are friendly and know their stuff, and more importantly go out of their way to help their customers. My very first time there the manager was on the phone for ages with my insurance company sorting out a problem with one of my medications even though he could have just as easily asked me to pay the difference. They take the time to get to know their customers and remember you when you come in again, ask you if you’re feeling better, ask how your family is doing. This stuff makes a huge difference, especially when it comes to something as vulnerable as your health. I trust these guys with all my other pharmacy needs as well, as they always have what you need and offer to order in what they don’t. Thank you for being so great, I’m so happy you opened up in my neighborhood!

Daniel and his staff at Bonafide are a breath of fresh air!! Very professional and personal service. Daniel is very knowledgeable and understands the value of customer service, he is someone you want to talk to.

Over the last 2 weeks, Daniel and Chantall have gone above and beyond trying to help my dad with his severe shingles pain. My dad spoke with the doctors associated with the medical clinic, attached to the pharmacy, and they were all very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel made 2 special compounding creams for my dad, and he worked late into the night, to finish them so my dad would have them first thing, the next day. I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service, their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge as well as their sincere interest in helping their clients.
