We sent her design ideas of cakes of what we liked, and she came back and gave us such beautiful cake sketches that fit our theme perfectly and completely exceeded our vision. I've ordered cakes from Berna in the past and she does not disappoint. I constantly receive compliments of how delicious her cakes are. She has a keen eye for style and is extremely detail-oriented. I had the opportunity to have back and forth dialogue until I was completely happy and she was so patient throughout the entire process. It still amazes me that this is a small home-based business. You wouldn't receive this level of customer service anywhere else. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received, and would recommend her over and over again!
