  I just wanted to say thank you to Willie Kennard at Milton Nissan. Shortly after purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership, I had a concern with the vehicle. Willie reached out to me. He was very kind and professional when listening and speaking with me. I was impressed by his commitment in providing excellent customer service. I was grateful by how diligent and genuine he is. In the end, Willie went above and beyond my expectations. I have nothing but good things to say about Willie and this dealership!

  I wish to use this space to commend the service counter employee "Joanne". Customer service seems to be a dying art for lack of a better "term". EVERY time I speak or see Joanne, she goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She is GENUINELY concerned and NEVER rushes me through a process. #NissanCanada, you should be proud to have an employee of this caliber in your employ. She should be rewarded for her dedication to everyone who graces your door. THANK-YOU JOANNE!

  Always great service. For maintenance, prices are given before any work is performed. My truck and car are back on time. Any additional repairs needed are discussed and repaired as necessary. Recalls are checked and confirmed. Thank you Mike and Crew!
  With sales the staff are always friendly and willing to take me out for a test drive (even in snow storms). Thank you Rick!

  I love my Rogue - great fuel economy, excellent feature and very good value for money. Even better - fantastic financing and leasing options.

  Bought my first car from Nissan Milton, and will continue to go back again and again. From sales to service this is an amazing group of people! Customer service is wonderful and I always feel like I have the right information to make informed decisions. Nissan Milton makes you feel part of their family, not just another customer walking through the door. Have recommended to family and friends.
