Ways of the Woods

My daughter loved this camp last year. She ended up going for multiple weeks. She will be going again this year. Really great experience.

My daughter loves it. The only thing she was complaining about was that staff did not accompany young kids (she was 4) to the washrooms and once she got locked in the toilet and scared a lot.

My kids love this camp and I love bringing them up here. It's a great location with lots of interesting things to do.

First time for my kids (Construction camp an All Girls Camp), but will return yearly. Outdoors spent days with school bus outings daily to surrounding areas (Nemo, Rattlesnake, Mountsberg, Crawford Lake). Swimming at Kelso beach with obstacle course and canoeing. Small camp size (10 kids) with mature counselors. Supervisors are available for concerns. Above average cost of the camp, but book by May to secure spots.

My kids have been going to Way of the Woods summer camps for years. They have a terrific variety of choices for younger and older age groups and a super progression of leadership programs that help interested kids develop skills towards possible employment as a camp counselor.
