Audio Illusion

What a great find this place was! Needed a new stereo and speakers in my truck. Philomena and Arlindo were excellent help in deciding what I needed. They were very upfront in cost, and accurate in timing. Price was right and the quality of work was exceptional! Had 4 Audison speakers installed and a new Kenwood stereo. Customer service was also excellent. After the system is installed, Arlindo helped teach the ins and outs of the system, and pair my phone. If you need an audio upgrade this is the place to go.

Arlindo at Audio Illusions transformed my MKIV Golf into a concert hall.
I now have amazing tight bass that I didn't know I could get from my existing JL subwoofer.
The sound is now very clean and accurate.
He showed me pictures of the install that looked OEM.
It was expensive, but the work I tasked Arlindo to undertake was a comprehensive venture.
The result was true craftsmanship.
It was worth every penny.
I am extremely happy!
I will be bring in my Nissan in the spring to be "Audio Illusion-ized".

My husband surprised me for my birthday with a new audio system for the car. I was totally overwhelmed as I had not expected it at all. My husband drove me to Audio Illusion's office at 6 on a Friday to pick up my car (that I had thought was in for an oil change) but even though it was time to start the weekend they insisted on sitting with me in my car for an hour to teach me all my new system could do - and let me tell you it was such an enjoyable experience. They were so pleasant and kind and made it just the best day ever! It really was an audio experience - and an amazing customer service experience I will not forget. Thank you so much for helping my husband (not techy) figure out what was the best system for me, and thanks for being as happy and excited for me as I was when I uncovered the surprise. Best birthday gift for a mom who spends all her evenings driving her kids around - EVER!

I was in a tight spot when the navigation/stereo head unit for my 2014 Toyota Corolla S died without warning. Took it to the dealership and they could only replace it for nearly two grand. I am so glad that I came to Audio Illusion to check out my options after that. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. We talked about my needs and they instantly knew which units would be the best candidates. They also told me about a deal they had on a top-of-the-line model (due to a new generation having replaced it recently). After installation AND taxes I was walking out of there having spent less than the before-tax price of the replacement head unit I would have got at the dealership. The functionality of the new system makes my factory one seem almost worthless by comparison. The install was absolute perfection. It did not seem out of place at all, and that was no accident; obviously, this had a tremendous amount of care and competence behind it. All things considered, I will probably be a customer for life.
