After visiting a few hot tub speciality stores, we stumbled upon Backyard Retreat and would like to thank Bjorn and Will for patiently guiding us through our first hot tub purchase. We had many questions before buying our hot tub. Bjorn and Will spent a long time with us answering our questions, describing available options and listening to our needs. We visited the store a number of times and each and every time we felt welcomed. We never felt in a rush to finalize a deal or pressured into purchasing options or packages that did not meet our personal needs. Their patience, friendly manner, fair pricing and experience helped to make our major purchase less intimidating and stressful. We have had the tub for a few weeks and thoroughly enjoy the quality of the product, the seamless installation and the fact that everyone at Backyard Retreat are there to answer our questions. We especially appreciated the home visit from Will to ensure that we were using our tub properly and how he walked us through the care and maintenance requirements of the tub. We will continue to buy all of our hot tub chemicals and products from Backyard Retreat.
