It turns out to be a small issue and the owner fixed it in 10 seconds, no charge!
Thank you for the kindness and honesty. My watch is a premium brand and I can’t imagine how much it would cost if bringing it to the official service center even just for diagnose. I think anyone ever had a premium brand car serviced at the dealership knows what I am talking about.
I will definitely come back for future watch services.
