This family run business does an exceptional job at a fair price. They were very professional and friendly, and their crews worked hard to complete the job in a reasonable time frame. I was very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend it to anyone I know who needs work done on their roof. I can't imagine how hot it must be up there working on a roof all day, and still be able to do such high-quality work. After the roof was done they were meticulous about the clean-up, we did not find any nails or trash left behind and the roof looked fantastic! They truly pay attention to detail. I must apologize for our lack of efforts when assisting in the process of a warranty claim. We, being the installers of a shingle system, we are limited to the assistance of a warranty claim. It is unfortunate, but the customer has to file the claim and engage the process. The only step of the process that we can engage in, is removing a shingle for performance testing. In the same respect to purchasing any product, the customer has to start the process of a warranty issue- not the supplier of goods.

At Cherry & Hoyle roofing, we always install a roof to manufactures specifications. This ensures that that workmanship will comply with the warranty specifications. For example, proper ventilation, nail placement and proper shingle pattern installation. These are just a few components that can compromise your warranty if not done correctly.
