(April 30, 2018, 10:50 pm)I first met Ernest a year ago after I found out I tore my labrum in my left hip. I had been in pain for months and my family doctor had given me lyrica to shut me up and no real answers or strategies to overcome this injury.

After seeing Ernest I was more educated on my injury and how to deal on the path to recovery- Ernest is very knowledgable and cares.
I came for two sessions and was able to start training with my fitness coach and reach my goals.
This year I came back to see him as I was experiencing some pain again. And I just left my second session and I am looking forward to getting back into my fitness routine.
I am blown away by the results I got with Ernest and will continue to see him whenever necessary. Definitely worth it!
