    Great marketing campaign to attract buyers, followed up with social media campaigns like free 🎃 last Halloween for purchasers. Nearby home prices have been pushed up by this community as well. Land development, especially one surrounded by protected marina, is extremely rare, hence the price. 2nd phase prices are much higher than 1st phase due to Covid effect on materials.
