This is a wonderful place to get pet food and other items for animals! This is where I get my dog, rabbits and hamsters food from. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The only member of staff I had any troubles with (was the owner I think) was one of the male employees who was arguing with me about the nutritional value of hamster food. For context in the hamster care community it's a known fact that there is no seed mix that provides all of the nutrients needed and you always have to mix their seed mix with either another mix or fresh meats and veggies. He was adamant yo tell me that the seed mix had all the nutritional value needed but I continued to try to explain to him why that was incorrect and that I would like to continue reading through the nutritional value to get the best one. The confrontation was calm and there was no yelling of any sort, I was just bothered by his attitude and arrogant sort of demeanor. Either way I've never encountered this man ever again and have always been blessed to have wonderful employees help me in the store and don't think it's fair to take a star away just for one faulty member of staff when the others are always wonderful.

I will continue to purchase items from here and continue educating people on hamster care as it's normally seen as something businesses use to make money rather then care for their animals how they should.

Very pleasant and helpful staff

Great for all pet needs! I get all my food and litter here for my cat. The staff is usually knowledgeable and very helpful if you have any questions.

I have been shopping in this store since i moved here 3 years ago,the lady with short hair is always been a great help and offering the best service.i bought cats leash 3 times and every time she helped to put it on and show me how to. I am very glad to shop here and will always do in the future.

Called and spoke to "the owner" this week
He wasn't particularly helpful when I advised that the Natural Balance dog food purchased from his location was moldy.
Decidedly better service received from the Natural Balance company.
Definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.
