Our first time at the Brick mattress store. They have a good selection of mattress to test. We selected our mattress with add on extras and had a good experience with Tony, our Brick salesperson. Tony knows all about the various products and was very helpful in helping us make the decision to purchase.

Pathetic customer service! We paid a deposit for a product we never purchased. We’ve been to the store multiple times and they come up with unique excuses not to pay our deposit back. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

Edit: Tony, store manager, is hands down a big asset for this store. He went out of his way to figure out my concerns and to accommodate accordingly. I increased the rating due to his incredible customer service. Thank you Tony!
