James is extremely talented with an eye to perfect and impress with headshot photos that will certainly catch the eye of the public to promote a business or rebranding. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is VERY knowledgeable and experienced in his craft and it shows in his photos. He takes his time and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable in the studio and with anyone else working in the studio. The shoot took a bit longer than I expected but WOW was it ever worth it in the end for those photos.

James was responsive to the requirements of the business. He took the time to understand our needs and made recommendations based on what was shared. Communications running up to the days of the shoot was done well, as there was no ambiguity, and it was good for once for the provider of the service to be consistently checking in to ensure smooth running of the shoot. We had minimal time for each of our employees so we set our expectations and he worked a schedule to suit our needs. Everyone enjoyed the day and the atmosphere, he created was great. We received our prep in advance for the venue, the process and what was required by each subject (our employees). The output was well received as well. We have used the images in our communications and it has helped the customer service as well, as James captured each person very well. We saw our “true” valued employees. I write this review as it is rare to find such quality and professionalism and output that is timeless. I would certainly recommend him and use his services in the future for not just our headshots but for future branding. Thanks James well done!
