I was shocked to have such great customer service from her after receiving such poor customer service pretty much from any other Canada Post location!!! This will for sure be my go-to from now on! Mary is very knowledgeable of their products, time lines, and even customs rules!!! She even brought out the books to double check something for us!!!! Thank you Mary for making my experience sending a package back home so pleasant! I hope your managers get to see this!!! This location is quite a drive for me, but thanks to your amazing customer service skills and your pleasant service, I'm willing to drive all the way to make this Canada Post my new go-to mail service!!!!
