They fixed the problems effectively and efficiently for a much better rate then I would've been charged at the BMW dealership. Carlos is knowledgeable and trustworthy and gets the job done quickly. After speaking with him I ensured I would get my vehicle serviced by his team. I have now had my 3rd oil change/service from Oakville import and I have had no issuses with them. I refer all my friends to the same shop now and I know that Carlos and his team want the best for me and my vehicle! Happy New Year!
