  Great gym! I've always been intimidated by going to the gym, but everyone here is really nice. It also helps having a small women's section. Happy I signed up here!

  Impressed by the amount of fitness classes. The change rooms are modern, clean and stocked. The staff is helpful and won't pressure and individual to commit to a contract. The one thing I would mention is the guest pass is expensive.

  Like the gym. Pretty clean and friendly staff. Although, terrible weekend hours. For a membership that’s greater than $700 annually, the gym should at least be open until 9 pm on weekends. Please consider improving your hours.

  I lost 20 pounds in 6 months thanks to One Health Clubs. Lauren helped me with my nutrition (I changed bad habits for a healthy no painful diet) and Devon guided me through the training program....I'm super motivated and grateful.
  Kids Club it's a gem inside the club. Staff are wonderful. Always with a smile.
  Members are very nice and I got a few great friends from One!

  I'm not one to write a review but in this case I had to make an exception.
  
  I joined One Health in Oakville close to 4 years ago. I began with a Personal Trainer and I can't say enough about the knowledge and results acquired.
  
  The members are a close community of great people who have been supportive and inspiring.
  
  The staff is truly amazing and always go above and beyond to help in any way possible and the day care it's truly amazing.
  
  In all, I would recommend one health to anybody who is looking to make a possitive change in their life. You simply can't go wrong! give it a shot.
