Through their years of experiences as fighters and coaching other professional athletes, the coaches at Para Bellum have a wealth of knowledge. They make learning fun and interesting and ensure that their students are learning PROPER technique in a safe environment.

Can't say enough great things about this gym and the coaches who help run it. The facility is clean, spacious and has every piece of equipment one would need to keep fit and work on their skills. The coaching is top notch and I can honestly say that I learn something new every time I take a class. Whether it be striking, grappling or self-defence, there will definitely be a class/program that is right for you!

Totally the best gym I've ever been to. The coaches are motivating and experts (having competed in MMA at the professional level). There isn't anywhere else you could go to get this level of training/support/motivation. You get what you pay for (and in this case way more!!!!)
