  Service is so friendly and courteous, we went looking for something particular but Marci spent long time showing us all the options and we ended up finding a steal of a deal on another piece, she then helped place the heavy table inside our car. My go to location for Urban barn now.

  I cannot express how amazing the customer service was. Tina has gone over and above my expectations with my purchase. I had a lot of changes going on and needed some furniture as soon as possible and she made sure that happened. She helped me pick the perfect couch and made me feel super confident in my purchase. The customer service was incredible for all the purchases I have made at Urban Barn.
