  Great Customer Service, both from Kim in the office and Henry who cleaned our carpets. It had been quite a while since our carpets had been professionally cleaned and Henry really took the time to do the job well. We will most definitely use them again.

  Oliva cleaned several of our rugs that hadn't been cleaned for years. We were very pleased with the results. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

  I contacted Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning the week of January 28th hoping to get the carpets in my bedrooms cleaned after a renovation. Kim was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the services I required. She also was able to email me a formal quote in a very timely manner.
  
  The day of the service went smoothly. The technician was able to keep my front door mostly closed which was much appreciated as the weather was still fairly cool. The carpets were expertly cleaned and dry to the touch within 24 hours. The technician was also able to point out some stains that could not be removed (paint in a closet) and I appreciated the up front honesty.
  
  I would recommend Oliva and use them again.

  I contacted Oliva Carpet & Rug cleaning about a polyester rug that I had rolled up in a closet for more then a year. I wasn't sure that it could be cleaned because it was polyester and I had spilled coffee on it. Olin, the owner, was very knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service and am so glad that I had the rug cleaned. Olin is all about customer service, he was fantastic and I highly recommend this company!

  I would give this company more stars if I could! This is the third time we have used their services, and they continue to provide excellent quality work and extremely friendly service from the time I booked the appointment to the finished job. Our carpets are so clean, and they dried very quickly due to their cleaning method and advice. The area rug that they took to their shop to clean, came back looking like new, with tremendous care and attention to detail. They take their profession very seriously, and it shows. I will not go anywhere else for cleaning services such as these.
