I had never used Niagara Automotive nor had I ever met Mike but he treated me like family. Thanks for everything Mike! From your calm demeanor to helping me recover some of my personal belongings from the wreck- your compassion, patience and professionalism are more appreciated than I have words for. Hopefully I never require the type of service you provided that day again- but at least now I know who to call first for roadside help, service or a tow!!!
