The individual sessions are very good and the classes are never dull. The instructors are well trained and work to make the sessions interesting. An excellent way to keep fit and work on problem areas. Exercises are modified based on your skill level and phyical abilities.
The class rooms are spacious and the equipment is in good repair.
I would recommend these classes to anyone who wants to maintain independence and get fit. I love them,!
