Great selection but the reason to go here is or the knowledge of the staff

Love the store. Lots of flowers and plants. Prices not too bad. Somethings were pricey. Beautiful to go in and a dull day. Cheers you up. But flowers always makes things better, don't you agree!????

Wonderful selection of flowers alive or fresh cut all year round. Great selection flowers and vegetable plants in the spring/summer plus and all the garden decorations you could possibly need. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

I recently ordered flowers for a good friend of mine who turned 30. I've ordered flowers for her in the past and I regret not using Cole's Florist & Garden Centre back then. They are really an amazing company and they will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Once I placed my order, they called me and asked if I would like a '30' balloon, instead of a Happy Birthday balloon. I said, yes, absolutely. Those small touches can really make a difference and I was happy that they thought to call me to ask. (In my birthday note I indicated that it was her 30th). They called me a second time because the purple flowers, which would ordinarily come with this bouquet, wasn't available but instead they could offer pink flowers. I told them that it wouldn't be a problem and I was actually very impressed that they asked my thoughts on it first. So many places substitute flowers without asking and I appreciated the call.

Overall, it was a very wonderful experience, and it was so nice to support a local business instead of one of those larger, online companies that you never hear from. I will definitely order from them again! Thanks, Cole's!
