  Bought my first car here and the entire experience was excellent. The whole process was very smooth, from Dakota (my salesman) to Connor (finance manager), everyone was very helpful and informative. Steve Khidir (sales manager) should take great pride in the team he has built.
  
  Our family has bought 3 vehicles from Grimsby Hyundai so far, and I can't see any reason to look elsewhere next time we're in the market for a new vehicle.

  From the minute we sat down with Grant, we knew we were purchasing a Hyundai. Our experience was amazing and Grant went above and beyond to make sure we were purchasing the right vehicle for us.   We found our 2018 Volt on line and spoke with Jessica DeSimone at Grimsby Hyundai. This was the smoothest, least stressful purchase of a car that we've ever had. Jessica was very smart, professional and had great people skills. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase because we had all the information needed to confidently make the decision. It was also nice to know that someone else was as interested in us being satisfied with buying this car as we were. For those of you reading this on Saturday morning, this experience was well worth the 100 kilometre drive to seal the deal.

  From the beginning to the end of this service, the customer care and service was excellent. They listened to my concerns and took the time to do a proper diagnostic. They took their time and gave me a detailed report and put my mind at ease. The staff is very professional, friendly and overall wonderful to deal with. I took the shuttle back home and the driver was professional, safe and wonderful. I will be going back to this dealership for future service appointment.
