Got a quick and great haircut by Sarah. Even one month after the cut it still looks good and I will definitely go again. I clearly recommend!

Moved to new area and the shop is around corner so it was convenient. Unfortunately, after 2 visits with the same cold reception I will not be going for a 3rd visit. Staff was more interested in updating virtual customers on their Facebook profile than dealing with me physically in front on them. When she finally got to cutting my hair a sales person walked in and started a pitching insurance products, she engaged them and rather than providing me with her attention she had a meeting while cutting my hair.....showed me that I don't matter in her eyes. Too bad but maybe she will get some of those virtual customers to take my place!...I went back now for 2 haircuts and service is much better (hair cut quality was never the issue)and actually talked with owner and she let me know she appreciated me coming back for a second chance....Thanks for the tasty hot Chocolate and Merry Christmas c u in New Year!
