Amazing service! I used David for a Pre-list inspection in Burlington. He was extremely friendly over the phone and scheduled me in very quickly. The turnaround was quick and ultimately the inspection resulted in a firm sale for my clients! I would absolutely recommend AmeriSpec for any needed inspection and I know I will be using David again in the future.

We used David from AmeriSpec to check out our new purchase for us right at the start of COVID-19 (late March). He and his partner were courteous and respectful, ensuring that they wore PPE and sanitized everything they interacted with. They talked us through what they were doing and were very thorough.

After living in the house for a few months we noticed a few small cracks hidden away and were hoping he'd come back to check them out. David was really nice about it and popped in to take a look, ensuring us that the marks were all cosmetic and explaining what they likely were.

David made the whole first time home buying experience less scary by answering all my random questions and really walking me through the house. He gave me a ton of tips and the information package on top of the inspection was awesome and so informative.
