When Andy couldn't get a new part from the manufacturer, he had a part removed from a new machine in stock, and placed in my machine. When that didn't solve the problem, he replaced the entire machine with a newer model, free of charge. I am very impressed Andy and the team at Philbrick Farm & Garden. I recommend them to everyone.
