I Loved Cathy, she was very knowledgeable of the information about the loans and was professional. In my opinion, she needs a $7 raise or at-least an opportunity to discuss a potential raise. If not give the lady a bonus, she just brought you more business as l will be referring people to this location because of Cathy. The gentleman who called to do the questions was professional as well. Straight to the point as people don’t have patience for phone calls so l respected that. Give him a raise as well. These are hard working people for the Cash for You, Welland Branch.

They are very professional and polite. The employees are very helpful with providing me with options of installment loans or payday loans. I have never been successful with an installment loan but today I was in and the staff person told be to try again. And I was approved. Nice to be ae to get help with my credit and not have to pay so much interest.
