We visited end of August and this place turned out to be perfect for the amount of time we spent in our room. New owners took over recently so they were renovating at the time. Our room was not renovated yet, but it was clean and staff was friendly, accommodating and nice. -

(July 22, 2020, 1:21 am)Had an amazing stay at this motel! Very welcoming and friendly environment. Clean and updated rooms. Super close walk down to the Falls. Would definitely recommend this one and will surely be coming back!

(July 22, 2020, 1:09 am)I have been to Niagara Falls. This time was crazy. Last week I went there for 3 nights. I stayed at cavalier motel and I will say I had a best experience. The staff is so good. The girl working at front was so helpful and her husband too were good people. As well it’s 1 min walk to Clifton hill and free parking otherwise I paid $ 20 every time I have been there. Excited to be there back soon.
