Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant

My husband and I went last night and the service was nothing short of AMAZING. So friendly with amazing recommendations. Our server Ashley went above and beyond and with Tony behind the bar making the most amazing "surprise me Gin cocktails" who could ask for more? We ended up going back later in the night for a few more drinks and to watch the fireworks. Our server, didn't catch his name but wish we had, was equally as amazing as our first! Had us laughing and really enjoying the rest of our evening. Perfect night!

I went to Niagara Falls for a quick last minute get away with the family. Massimo's Italian Restaurant was fully booked for reservations but they accepted us as a walk in with no wait required. The food and service was incredible. I could not say enough about our waiter Tony. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable in relation to the local wines. When we were done our meal Tony didn't rush us out and recommended that we stay and watch the fireworks from our table overlooking the falls. We were so impressed and will be returning and hopefully we will get Tony again. I can not say enough about the great service. My only piece of advise is to get a table next to the window if at all possible. Also the food was fantastic!

Amazing experience, I love the view by the falls and the food was amazing. I had the ribeye steak and it was mouth watering, when you would cut it would be like butter, I would say everything that I got was wonderful. I got to give a big thanks to Rowen, who was our server was amazing. He made the expertise even more Delightful than it already was, the way he was getting to know us and how he described the food made it even better when the food came. He has to be a top tier server, and as a man named Massimo, I loved to come to a restaurant named after me. Rowen hope to see you again if I ever go back

The perfect experience! Great food, great drinks, and GREAT service. Our waiter, Tony, went above & beyond in every aspect. At our request for espresso martinis, Tony explained with passion his unique approach to making the martini, and even offered to hand-crush hazelnuts for the rim (it was a delicious add!). He then ensured every bite we ate was perfect, and that everything we needed was taken care of. Thank you, Tony, for creating an amazing night that we’ll talk about for years to come!!
