Tim Hortons

This is a good cafe. I came in here while I was Niagara Falls and was satisfied with my experience. I went into the cafe’s bathroom to pee, but was disappointed to find that the toilet was very dirty. It was completely clogged and there was a lot of wet toilet paper on the toilet seat. I used a urinal instead and went to the restaurant after wards. They had some tasty looking donuts for sale, but I didn’t buy anything. I gave this Tim Horton’s four stars because it has dirty bathrooms but it also has tasty looking donuts.

Excellent service and vivid protocol filled to the"T"

This is the biggest Tim's around ! The staff are amazing for the amount of people that go through this Tim's.Check it out on the Hill.

Probably the most confusing place on the hill. There was.a staff nemver holding a clip board but when approached would start taking into his radio and start to mive. The people waiting for orders were crowded into a small place blocking the lineup and signage ti say enter here. Meanwhile their family's were pretty much blocking the entrance of the store and the security officer and the employee did nothing.

The only place on the Clifton hill with public washrooms open, as a customer you have to go outside join the line and pray it moves fast enough you don't have an accident yourself.

For the duration of the pandemic, Clifton hill itself is a place to be avoided like, well the plague. Shoulder to shoulder with next to no mask usage.

Hopefully after the pandemic I'll return but until then.... Stay away

the cleanest washrooms in Canada. Never seen such courteous service from an attendant ever before in life. I know when I see a Tim Hortons I am at home
