Love eating here. The food is fresh and of great quality. The staff appear genuinely friendly towards and appreciative of their customers. The restaurant is extremely clean and well cared for. I have never left feeling hungry. If you are looking for “fast food” this isn’t the place for you. Your food is cooked fresh to order. Give Palms a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Really good customer service here. We came late at night and they made us feel welcome. The owner came and asked us twice if we were happy with the food and was very kind to us and our children. The food was REALLY good. Fresh meat and amazing flavour. Portion sizes were on the smaller size and the wait time for our food was slightly long - but for fresh food I really didn’t mind waiting. Will be back when we visit Niagara again.

The best shawarma in Ontario and probably Canada... excellent customer service , amazing food that will make you come back often. I can say I'm lucky I found this place.. loved it ... very very recommended

The food was really good and service was fast and staff was very friendly and hospitable. Immaculate cleaning and very traditional decor. We ordered grilled chicken platter and beef kebab and meat was tender and juicy. Will definitely go again.

We had lunch there. Awesome place. The staff is very polite and friendly. Food is delicious and they give generous servings.
I highly recommend trying this place.
