Riverside Park Motel and Campground

A smaller campground 15 min outside of Niagara Falls. It's quiet and right along the river. Bathrooms were clean and showers were pretty good. Sites are small and there was a good deal of standing water both inside the campground and, more troubling, just outside in fields. Bugs were everywhere to the point that we didn't want to have a camp fire.

It's relatively cheap. We started at the campground. Having a motel linked with the campground keeps our group able to hang out together. It was an unnaturally cold weekend and the bathrooms were not heated. So, no shower for me. The picnic tables were updated, but the old ones were just pulled up in the middle of our camp sites. Not clearly marked. We will still stay there again next year.

we loved the campground, clean, quiet and close to lots of activities. 5 star, it is a hidden gem.

We will definitely be back! Friendly, accommodating staff, clean washrooms, tidy facilities. Great location right off the parkway bike trail, adjacent to boat launch and a fantastic restaurant that offers eat-in or take-out. Too early for the pool to be open but too cold anyway.
