Master's Car Care

The staff are friendly and efficient. I wish the guest area was clean and maintained but it's a automotive repair shop so it's almost expected. I was happy with service and repairs completed to my car. I called to see if they could take me asap and they were able to take me that day. I did have to wait for a part to be ordered but it was completed in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable as well. PJ and staff are good guys with a great business providing honest opinions. They will not rake you over the coals for $ money for unnecessary repairs.

So i bought a car that came with a safety off Kijiji and my car started making noises took it into masters car care and they checked my car all over for ONLY 20 BUCKS!!! they were so honest and reliable and told me exactly what was wrong with it, in addition they asked if I still had the safety papers and the safety info I told them I did and gave them the info they then redirected me and told me that safety was illegal given my car had so many problems and wasn't road worthy condition I could get the work done for free from the shop that gave the safety given its illegal and they could lose their licensing, I called the shop I got the safety from and they were scared they were gonna get sued or the ministry called on and ended up doing a bunch of repairs for free cause they did an illegal safety, this place never tried to rip me off they helped me in so many positive ways would HIGHLY recommend ! made my day so much better thank you so much masters car care im now getting 1000-1200 dollars worth of work on my car for free
