This health clinic is beautiful and easy to get to. The staff are kind, friendly, and very accommodating. I received treatment from Sarah Hall for physio after shoulder and back pain. I instantly felt better after one treatment where my pain was gone before leaving. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and effective as a physiotherapist. I was extremely pleased with my visit and couldn’t ask for better results. If you are experiencing pain and looking for relief, you won’t be disappointed after your treatment here. Thank you Sarah for helping me return back to work pain free!

My experience with Niagara Orthopaedic Institute has been wonderful. Ryan is patient and thorough in his assessment, explanation, and recommendations. He creates a safe space to share concerns and ask questions. He provides expertise that considers different treatment approaches and the risks and benefits of each. On top of that, Lori at reception is personable and very accommodating to scheduling needs. I highly recommend them as a client-centered clinic.

I don't usually give reviews, but Ryan's exemplary care warrants one. He is one of the most patient, smart, diligent and collaborative physios that I've come across. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and form when assigning new exercises. It makes a huge difference. A big thanks to Ryan and his wonderful team there!

I thought that I would have hip pain for the rest of my life. This was just what was in store for me. My doctor recommended a Physiotherapist. I have never seen one, nor did I understand what they do. Ryan was highly recommended to me so I thought "why not" what have I got to lose. He was patient with me, explained what he thought was going on and more importantly treated the issue and now I can say that I am pain free. Which to be honest gave me a new lease on life.

Ryan was professional, educational, worked with me in a way that worked for me, and I will go back in a flash if need be (hopefully not as he gave me a program of exercises to strengthen the area).

    Thanx Ryan!!!!
