I made my first purchase of an appliance from Doug Swartz while serving as a pastor in the Port Colborne area.
Since then I have bought more appliances and as recently as July 16/19 my wife and bought and had installed a new high quality airconditioner WHY? I purchased our appliances from Sears and experienced an issue with our range cook top within the 1-year warranty period. Our service call was relayed to Doug Swartz' team by Sears. Doug responded quickly in contacting me to arrange an appointment time for his service technician (Brad) to come out and fix the problem. I was very pleased with Brad's efficiency in dealing with the problem and replacing the necessary part; most especially for his professionalism and respect for my home. Very pleased that Sears placed my service needs in Doug's hands and would recommend their services.
