(June 24, 2020, 11:30 pm)Marks has the best customer service. I ordered runners on sale online using a gift card to be delivered to this store just before covid hit. Somewhere the shoes got lost. I called customer service to cancel the order and was told my gift card would be credited. It never was. So, no shoes and no refund. The manager at this store gave me another pair of shoes at the same sale price. I hope Marks never closes at this site. They are terrific!
